I’ve never really liked the word "journey".
It always seemed kind of mediocre to me, from point A to point B, and all that. For me, this - the constant output along a continuous and expressive path through literature and art - has never been a creative journey, but a grand and wondrous odyssey. Sailing in a sea of imagination, and finding bountiful joys on the shores of a creative life.

Books/Art/Creative/Stub-Born
Writing and Art, in whatever form that may transform, translate, or transition into, have always been major pillars of my life and personal interests. Ive spent the better part of my life building a career and a lifestyle with a clear-minded focus of nurturing a nucleus of creative expression. Over the decades, my artisan eye has wandered to music, photography, acting, and singing, but those two — Writing and Art — have remained my two flourishing constants I’ve developed, nurtured, and loved the most.
I was born and raised in Hamilton, Ohio in the historical Rossville District, and came into this world with only one hand, though I never allowed it to hinder, control, limit, discourage, or fluster my creative spirit. I’ve lived in Ohio, Florida, and currently reside in Southern California where my creativity bloomed over the last 15+ years where I’ve published award-winning novels, reached number one in Fantasy Adventure and number eight in US Horror Fiction on Amazon, narrated my own audiobook, created two art based businesses from scratch, cultivated a following of Super Fans on Patreon, sold my art at charities, given art demos, and even hosted my own art show. I’ve traveled to the glaciers of Alaska and floated down lazy rivers in Jamaica, and collected stories from everywhere in between. These travels, my experiences, relationships, my whole life is a reflection of a restless, creative soul and an expression of an overactive imagination.
StubBorn: I’ve always found it funny the correlation of being born with a congenital birth defect and that condition giving rise to an ultra independence in myself, particularly concerning my creativity. StubBorn is not a choice, but a permanent lifestyle I’ve had to evolve into through trial and error, social experiments, and finding glory, ease, and security within the creative realm. An artistic nest. An imaginative cocoon. There is where you’ll find my heart.

• On Dec 13th, 2022 I was in Key West, Florida at the Key West Library to give my first Book Talk on Something Found and my writing career, which you can see here.
